TEST CAM


Testing to see if your computer is properly configured to receive a webcast.
After you have clicked the “START TEST” link you will experience a pause of about 30 seconds you should then see the video and hear the audio for 3-5 minutes with no buffering. If you have a problem, contact tech support at (800) 433-8128 and explain to them the difficulty you are experiencing.

It is recommended that you test your computer several days before the event. You must have internet access of at least 100K. If you have a dial-up modem or receive less than 100K bandwidth, you will only receive the audio/or chat portions of your event.
