Videoconferencing is a common tool used to bring a focus group to
those who are not able to travel to the location of the groups.
Midwest Video offers this service at any location where ISDN switched
phone service is available.
Videoconferencing helps to bring first hand, consumer in-sight to
a larger number of people throughout your organization. A videoconference
requires the availability of 3 ISDN phone lines at the research
function location and a videoconference system at the viewing location.
If there is not ISDN service installed at the research site, a minimum
of two weeks should be allowed for installation. Midwest Video can
provide videoconference equipment for both the sending and receive
sites if required.
